Last week I wimped out and didn't do my full range triples, because of a whole slew of excuses. It's got to be on point in my shirt from here on out. I am 6 weeks out from competition. *On my third and fourth set of triples I felt this weird pain in my hand/wrist. After the set there was about a dime shaped reddish blackish colored mark on my palm. I fingered my wrist just got caught between the bar and my had. I made sure this wasn't the case on my fourth set but the pain and the mark returned. Never in my life has the thought even entered my head that my wrist or forearm would snap while benching. My last set I thought of that happening the whole time and it seriously freaked me out. So much as to it lead me to skip my 4 board lockout work. Now this is probably 95% gibberish and non sense but I always listen to weird pain. I'll train through normal pain all day long but I always caution with weird pain. Maybe that's why I have managed to avoid major injury this long.

Bench *raw work up to the shirt felt amazing. Everything was light and fast. bar(50lbs)x20x5 140x10 190x3 230x3 280x1 320x1 370x1 1bd Catapult 410x1 1bd Metal Prototype shirt 520x3 540x3 550x3 570x3
