I'm a liar if I say I'm ready and pumped for the Arnold.

Training has just been fucked; I'll save you the laundry list of reasons why.

I have pretty much abandoned the way I train and prep for meets, so I'm just going to go balls to the wall and do what I have too to compete.

If you listen close, you'll hear me say, fuck I needed that. My mind has been fucked; my body has followed suit. I'm no fucking training guru; I have no fancy degree, all I got is this enlarged heart and these atrophied nuts, so fuck it I'm all in.

I'm trying to maximize recovery because the heavyweights are going to raise my fatigue quick fast and in a hurry. So I'll squat heavy and pull light one week, and the following week I'll pull heavy and squat light.

I followed the pulls with some cambered bar paused squats. I'm using these to double down, by building explosiveness out of the hole and build my balance off the pick.

I did these for three sets of 3 with a long 3-second pause

I have zero clues how this will all play out, but one thing I know is this- I'm not quitting, ever.
