Without going into too much, at least until after the meet my squat sucks. My bright ray of sunshine, and truth Angelina - my daughter even said: "dad usually your bench sucks and your squat is good." She went on to explain how my bench is on fire and if I could get my squat back I'd be on track- she finished with your deadlift always sucks. That apple didn't fall far from the tree.

After fat dad (Dave) and bighead lil bro (Joe) helped me figure out some shit I got rolling. I worked up to 825 for a single.

 

Hit accessories and called it a day, big bench in two days- yay me, my elbows hate me.
