My grandfathers funeral was today. It was cool seeing how loved he was. I knew he was awesome and so did many many others. After the funeral we had a nice party catered by mission BBQ. Good food and beer. That is the most me I have spent in my old home town outside of my parents house in a long time. I forgot how much I love baltimore. I like my new town better but baltimore is cool. After that I drove home to get in my last workout before the last deload week. My works annual dinner is Thursday so I did a all in one. Weights were in the 75,80,70 percent range.

My weight is holding at 266.5 so I'm 2 lbs out with 12 days to go. I will not water load this meet and if need be I'll zero carb the day before. So glad I won't need to cut weight this meet. My diet has been very healthy. Bananas, apples, and brown rice for carbs, and lots of veggies and chicken. So far so good.
