Tonight was the heaviest day of the cycle for the squat and pull. 95% for a single and an all time pr on the dead squat was planned

Squat

I worked up to 675 for a single. It was a bit goofy due to some off put foot placement but it went up as I expected. Hit depth for first time in meet prep and my leg held up. I had a weird shift out of the hole but nothing major. My pr is 705 and 95% is set off a small pr of 710.

Sumo Deadlift

I worked up to 665 for a single. This went great. I'm feeling very fresh in the sumo due to pulling conventional all cycle. Getting into that push then pull synch and it feels comfortable again. I have my training max set at 700. Last meet cycle I based it off of 745 and that ran me down. When I pulled 745 sumo last year I based my training max off of 675. I hope this formula works again.
