The goal was to hit 90% on my squat today to get a feel for where I'm at 12 weeks out from the RPS Boardwalk Brawl. Last training cycle, before RUM, I missed 90% (725) this far out. Today was a different story. My squat technique is better and I'm stronger.

I compete in the Krait black and white wraps, but because the Metal All Blacks are easier to wrap by myself I went with those.
