The goal for today was to get to 900 in briefs again, but the weight wasn't moving like I was hoping so Allen, Mike and myself figured a compromise with 875 would be best.

I'm still feeling good, but I do need to get my IT bands addressed as well at my right groin area. A massage therapy visit is in order as is a visit to my chiropractor since I haven't been in over a year.
