Consistency was lacking with squats as well. Going from gym to gym, I did not have the support I needed every time (spotter, help with gear, trust). I mostly did raw training. I also lost mass and had to order new gear and didn't train enough with that adjustment. Again, who cares. Make the most of it and learn.

Similar to my raw squats, I wasn't opening up my hips. With straps up it was hard(er) to get my chest up (almost resisting me). You'll notice that my chest is falling a little forward as I'm fighting to open up my hips. Need to play with a slightly wider stance as well.

Again, consistency is a huge factor. More back and core work will help stabilize everything.
