I am getting ready to compete in a full meet in on Dec 2nd. It will be my first full meet in over a year. I'm definitely the strongest ive been this far out from a meet.
Squats: bar x 10 135x3 225x3 315x3 405x3 455x3 495x3 545x3 x 3 sets
I would have liked to hit a heavier set, but I was using a regular power bar and not a squat bar. the weights bouncing with the regular bar threw me off a little bit. in the past this caused me to cut my squat high and I don't want to get into that habit.
