So today was cool. Not because of my third day benching this week but because I was able to implement @coach_jl 's rule of 3 today after having some impromptu group training fall into my lap. Different developmental levels training together and all getting better while not feeling left behind OR feeling bored. It was pretty cool to see it in practice.
