Worked up to a very tough triple. I used elitefts average bands and elitefts light bands for all my working sets. - All of them were to a box below parallel, with a buffalo bar.

bands x 3 135x3 185x3 225x3 275x3 315x3 365x3 385x3 - The 365 was hard, this set was the hardest I've had to grind in a long, long time. I need to keep doing things like this out side my comfort zone. I could immediately tell that my back, glutes, hamstrings were all going to be sore.
Accessory work: To stretch things out I did some light good mornings on the buffalo bar 5x5 at 135.
