Currently Training for: Lexen Xtreme Fall Classic - Oct. 31st

Current Best Lifts: 750lb Squat, 525lb Bench, 650lb Deadlift, 1925lb Total @ 220 (multi-ply)

Training Style: Conjugate, 2 Max Effort Sessions and 2 Dynamic Effort Sessions per week, along with 1-2 extra small sessions consisting of Lat, Ab, and GHR or Reverse Hyper Exercises.

Pec minor continues to slowly heal, in the meantime being careful about everything I do bench-wise, and making sure I warm up my shoulders before squatting. Focus has been on making sure I'm doing enough assistance work and not burning myself out. Things have gotten pretty rough again with my insomnia and I've been having issues with my medication, and I know I need to be smart about adjusting my training accordingly.
