It was the best of times, it was the blusrt of times.

Monday was by far the biggest team training that I had ever organized. 8 people with similar goals in one place ready to smash some weights and support each other

Shannon, Aneta, Jack, Wade, Brett, Brenda, Brandon (from now on he is Bob Evans) and me. With a guest appearance from Sean Murphy, who I forgot to invite but showed up anyway!

Most of these people are getting ready to smash the RPS meet coming up October 3rd in Kingston Ontario. I was training shirted bench and that is where the blurst times came in.

Bar x 5 95 x 5 135 x 5 185 x 3 225 x 3 275 x 1 315 x 1 405 x 4. added Metal Pro Original 495 x 1 super fast 525 x 1 + 1. Both were awful. On the second one, I got my hand jammed in the rack too. So, that was the end of my lifting for the day!

It took about 2 hours to get all that in. Between everyone that was benching and wrapping knees and coaching. It was a slow process.

But awesome none the less!

Video to follow as well as a spread sheet with the team name and nick name break down.
