I rigged up a seat chest press tonight in the power rack. I put a upright bench in the rack and set the safeties at about chest height. I used the pins as a track to push the bar forward. I attached bands to the back of the rack so I was pushing against band tension. Worked pretty slick!

Rope pressdown 6 set of 15 -drop set

Chest press rig, close grip 5 sets of 15

Skullz 5 sets of 12 ending with heavy set of 8

DB side delt 4 sets of 20

DB rear delt 4 sets of 15

Abs 4 sets of 15
