We got a new Tsunami bar, its an ultra light, with a 10 pound weight limit per side. It's very flexible and a great rehab tool. It's not available on the site yet but I believe it will be available soon. I used it for some therapy work on the elbow today and it really put in a lot of blood without any straining or pain.

 

Ultralight Tsunami bar - arms done independently

3 sets of reps for 45 seconds per set

 

dumbbell press

40's for 3 sets of 20 reps

 

single arm tricept extensions

20 for 3 sets of 15 using grenade attachment

 

Arnold presses

35's for 3 sets of 12 reps

 

H-Raises

20's for 3 sets of 15 reps

 

low pulley cable rows

130 for 3 sets of 15 reps
