Max 3 rep shoulder press. Terrible video. But you get the point. The left arm is still very slow and behind but I have more control and less pain.

Hit upper back and shoulders with lots of reps and sets:

  • Db front raises
  • Chest supported rear delts
  • Machine late pulls
  • Machine supported chest row
  • Cable lateral raises
  • Cable pull aparts
