Continuing with the weekend deload, I just did some high rep sets on dumbbell presses instead of any heavy benching. My pec and bicep tendon has been acting up again so it was good to give it a break from anything heavy. I'm seeing Dr. Ryan Smith today about a few things so I'm going to ask him for some advice in that department. I also registered for the Lexen Xtreme Fall Classic, which is October 31st (14 weeks away). I already qualified for XPC Finals in May, so this will be a good meet to focus on some changes/improvements before spring and to try a few different things.
