After having set an all-time PR on my equipped bench press with 457lbs, I'm now in off season mode getting back to some heavy training while running my gym, THIRST.

Wednesday's training session was super quick as well. I've really grown to like these iso holds when I'm short on time, but really want to get something productive in. I know that I'll have the next day off, and I'll only be having some weeks here of 4 training days in the week versus my normal five. I don't like having my schedule thrown off, but it's just what I've got to do here for a tad bit. Short, simple, effective.
