Today was the great reckoning - my first exam of PT school. I definitely studied for a week for this with the percent of my day used for studying increasing each day as the exam got closer. I also had to dress in professional attire for it since I had an interprofessional education seminar immediately after, so hopefully the lack of oxygen to my brain from wearing a tie didn't harm my mental faculties too much. I was feeling a smidge unmotivated when I got home after all that plus about 3 hours in the cadaver lab, so I stood up, jumped up and down a few times to dislodge as much sand from my vajeen as possible, and headed out to the garage gym. I didn't do anything spectacular, but I was happy with what I did based on how I felt and how tight and unbendy I was from studying for so long yesterday.
