Since I've been doing bench work with the duffalo bar the last few weeks, I decided to switch it up and do some floor press. My plan was to hit 3x3 with a set weight and do a heavier fourth set depending on how the last triple felt. I did my 3x3 with 335 which were moderately heavy, but I knew I had more in me. I did a fourth set of triples with 355. I hit a ton of volume on incline DB starting at 95lb DBs for 5's and went up 5lbs until I couldn't hit 5 anymore. I finished my last set at 130 and was toast. Total of 8 sets of 5. I hit some back and arm work then called it a day.
