Because this past meet was a 'tune-up' meet and my attempts weren't strenuous, I feel good so I went ahead and trained as normal today. Normally I would take a week or two off after a meet, as I'm sure I will with the Arnold.

I left these unedited so you can see rest periods and hear my dumbs training partners. It starts with me giving them all shit so I deserve it too. Normally I would do 8x2 with 30-45sec rest. But since I was the only one doing speed work I did three sets with minimal rest, 3 sets minimal rest, and 2 sets to finish it, with two of my training partners squats between them, so 3-5min rest.
