After a world wind weekend of moving, our training cycle just happens to begin as well. But this is a blessing! Now I can finally lift shit I enjoy lifting instead of furniture and boxes stuffed to the gills.

We are beginning our new 12 week training program. We will actually be doing a 24 week training program but I am breaking it in half. Almost everyone of my Teammates will be competing in the IPA Worlds in September so I wanted them to take full opportunity with the amount of time they have to meet their goals.

As for myself? I am contemplating something for later this year. Full power multiply of course. These raw full power meets are officially over with!

Here is what I did today....

Multiply - Rev Band Bench-press Raw warmups

Added 2 board Added Sling Shot

Added a shirt that now dont fit

Ok 1 more to try on - It fits!

Called it there. I can really tell I have lost some umpf. I also know stress, weight loss and moving all week has not helped. Stop here and live to fight another day.
