This will be the first full training cycle that I will use our new deadlift gantry for reverse band dead lifts pulling conventional. I will still incorporate our reverse band method pulling this training cycle every other week. My projection will be set at 700 pounds, so every 2 weeks as I continue to drop a band size I will attempt to pull 700 pounds or as close as I can come to it every other week.

This will be a process for me. I have never utilized bands on deadlift before. Im excited to see how this goes and I will make adjustments as I learn what I need to try or do different during and after this cycle.

Everything went well today. My technique looked like crap but I realize it and I will do everything I can to clean this up moving forward....
