Stepped down to the Elitefts blue bands this week. I also drug out another shirt I have had for some time that i want and need to break in. So now I have two tight shirts to break in and get back in the frey of big benching again one more time!

This Metal Pro is crazy tight but feels great and the pop is awesome. It will take some time to get it broke in the way I need it but I am ready to put the time in. The day went well except on my last attempt. I should have completely reset up but I didn't. Because of that I got out of position and out of my groove. I got the lift but I made it harder than it should have been. This is how we learn. This will not happen again.
