This will be my last week of offseason training. I wanted to get in a shirted semi heavy day to just knock the rust off. Nothing fancy, nothing big, nothing PR wise.....Just put the bar in my hands and hit a few sets.

Until my shoulder gets fixed I will never be what I was a couple of years ago. So knowing this already im heading into this meet training cycle with a different mission.

1. I'm not looking for a PR 2. I'm not trying to handle stupid heavy weights 3. I'm trying to stay healthy 4. I'm trying to make it through this cycle and meet 5. I'm looking for my squat, deadlift and total to be all time bests for me

I start my meet training in two weeks. Its time to get real....
