I hit a level of anger and frustration today that I haven't hit in a long time. I'm one for keeping my cool but a litany of minor things had me at the end of my chain today. The underlying issue that has me on edge is me inability to squat. My IT bands, TFL, and glute med are all ridiculously tight. I've let it go on for too long and I'm really paying for it now. I scheduled an ART appointment and deep tissue massage for this week. I'll probably do both each week for the next four weeks. Hopefully, $800 or so later, I'll be able to squat. To supplement that, I'll be doing some combination of the following every day:

Body temper- IT bands, adductors, quads

PCV pipe- roll out glute med

Distracted hip flexor stretch

Super D band inversions
