Needless to say I have halted all training until the meet. I probably shouldn't be competing at all, but hey what's a little blood and pus stain in a squat suit, briefs, deadlift suit, singlet.... shit this is going to suck.
RPS puts on the only Multi ply meets that are worth going to in Canada, I will not miss it!!

And this weekend Shannon will be kicking ass at the Toronto Pro Show competing in figure!!! Growing up in the middle of a field, staying in a hotel in downtown Toronto is pretty crazy.
