Ramping up Intensity with Moderate changes to Volume - another week in the Croc Life
This week I hung out with another Strength athlete with a fondness for Slippahs, Whiskey, & Good Food. I also deadlifted for the first time in 4 months and had a pretty decent pull and even got a heavy Squat in despite my high frequency, high volume training.

Did I Just Write A Rant?
I "get" you don't "know business" but are you really that dumb to not know the difference between giving and selling?
Off-Season: Close stance and pause squats (video)
Over 300g carbs?!?!? Yup... and why having a coach for JUST diet or training can be not optimal.
Deadlift Video & Educating the general public

Time for Something New + Deadlift Suit Tips AND a Sample Week of the New Block
I am changing up the team’s training a little this cycle to see if it works better. We normally follow a Squat, Bench and Deadlift program with squat assistance on Squat day and Bench assistance on Bench Day, and finally Deadlift assistance on Friday with a fourth day of pressing and upper body bodybuilding movements. So far it has worked very well. Since I am never satisfied with our progress, I am trying a new twist.
You Asked For It - A Westside Story
Louie asked Matt, John Stafford and Myself to help out. I was already assisting Louie with lectures at the time and figured this would be the same thing. I would be the "demo" guy. This is KINDA how it worked out.
