Goal is to stay focused on the simple but needed task of doing physical therapy.
Bench with (two) bands, DB's, lats and shoulders
Finished with a good double banded speed bench day. Hit higher reps on dumbbells, another muscle round of pullups (you should try) and a good shoulder finisher.
Who has time to write these things?
I used to be able to empty a full mag and shoot a 1" group from leather at 20 yards in about 4 seconds, and now I can't see the target. Forget about the tiny letters on my screen.
