Relentless Detroit proved to be a decent meet, but in all reality, it was a tune-up meet for Relentless Minnesota. I spent Nov.-Jan really pushing some of my raw work on all 3 lifts. Strategically working on some weak points, both muscularly and technically. Getting back in my gear mid-January and will be placing that in according to the calendar to have enough skill work in the gear before the meet. My plan is to compete at Relentless Minnesota March 28th in the 123# weight class. Questions about my training, diet, coaching, clients, etc... I will always answer! Just send a question in! Feeling good... although I admit I hate saying that out of fear of jinxing myself. BUT... the work is done. No jinxes or bad omens or lucky rabbit's foot here... the work is done, now time to display it on the platform. I'm a pretty visual person... closing my eyes and seeing my lifts. From the set up to the lift to everything before and after. Got some light weight on my back, hit my accessories and shut it down. Squats - fast and easy 5x2 @195 Glute Hams 4x15 Reverse Hypers short strap x10, long strap x10 - 5 sets TRX Leg curls 4x12 TRX Knee Tucks 3x10   Bodyweight is sitting at 131. I'll start water loading and manipulating all that next week.
