Today's lesson (as it was last week as well) Grip the bar much tighter than you think is necessary. Why? You may ask??

Put your elbow in a 90-degree bend while wearing a short sleeve shirt. Squeeze a ball, or another person's hand, and watch all of your upper arm tense up.

THAT tightness or increased tension will translate into your push while benching.

Go ahead! Give it a try and tell me you don't feel the "extra" strength.

3 Way Shoulder: 3x20

Single Arm/No Leg/NO extraneous movement DB Chest Press: 3x15

Shrug: 3x20

Curl of your choice: 3x15

Tricep Extension of your choice: 3x15
