Grab a rotator bar from @elitefts

https://www.elitefts.com/rotator-bar.html and do some #Vogelpulls! This bar makes any pull harder because of the angle of your hands. It forces the inferior angle of the scapula put away from the body and makes the pull more challenging for your lats. This is a great bar for over head athletes because of the increased recruitment around the scaps!!

When you do any Vogelpull, let your scap raise and come away from the body when your arms are extended. When you start to pull the bar down to your chest, suck the scraps down and back and arch real hard into the bar!!
