Leg press 8x8 Abs 6x8 Bench press 10x10 Pushdowns 100 reps Curls hammer and regular 5x10 each Sunday 30 mins stepmill Monday 2/15 20 mins stepmill Standing abs 6x6 Pulldowns 2 sorts 8x8 each Dumbell presses 100sx8x5 Suspension strap pec flyes 5x8 Rear delt holds for 3secs each x 3 positions Wednesday 2/17 Reverse Hypers 4x12 Machine absx10 with decline absx6 for 4 rounds Buffalo bar raw squats Medium stance 325x6,7,8,9,10 Close with one sec pause 235x5,8,11,15 Occlusion Partials with 145lb for 3x30 reps Reversr hypers 2x20 Hanging upside down for 15mins to open up the back and legs Spud
