Today is one of our longest running classes our sat morn 9-10am conditioning class. This class is strictly running, agilities, cardio, conditioning, ab work, sprints etc. There is no lifting on the weekends as all my clients, teams, groups hit the weight hard throughout the week. Today we warmed up through our dynamic warm up. We followed this up with some basic calistinics. After that we performed a movement followed up by a short shuttle for reps. The class was pretty spent as they have been moving non stop for 30min. We next moved onto some mid section work. We hit some various movements for 10 min. We ended up the session with some sled drags with lighter weight timed. My intern is a stretch specialist and has been spending some time after each group getting everyone loose and healthy while paying attention to any issues clients have. It is great to have him around. As I always tell every client "we don't spend enough time stretching try to stick around after class and stretch some more on your own"
