Okay we will start Saturday as that was the first day things have normalized Saturday Squats--5 sets of 3, after each one sprint up a 20 yard hill (my drive way) (circuit 10 minutes, pull ups, dips, lower body static stretch) MY LEGS ARE SO SORE today its insane   Today, 20 minute walk, static stretching   Back in the saddle and feeling good!
