This movement is one of my favorite sled training exercises, but I guess it can go here as well!

The bear crawl is brutal on the lower body but also helps us work the upper body.

I always said, people spend too much time walking on their feet, try walking on your hands a bit more and your upper body strength will go through the roof!

The kettlebells are loaded so we can mix in more training into the sled workout.

Key Points Here: Use your hands and upper body to pull your forward, don't allow the legs to take over.

These can also be performed UP Hill!!

And yes, I am crazy!!
