Start with your heels hooked into the poor man GHR or have someone hold your ankles. Bend at the waist, as if doing a good morning, until your forehead touches the ground. Raise yourself back up by squeezing your glutes and hamstrings. Make sure that your thighs stay perpendicular to the ground at all times. For added resistance, place a kettlebell or other weight behind your head.
