Parallel Rack/catch position

This is the parallel catch position to rack the kettlebell This position does not involve as much quadriceps activation in comparison to the deep catch/rack position, but it involves greater muscle activation then the high catch/rack position

Remember, the higher the pull, the higher you can catch/rack the kettlebell

A higher pull usually means less weight and/or greater explosiveness
