Cambered bar squats are a staple exercise for developing the squat, and the EFS Rackable Cambered Bar makes it easier to work this lift into your programming. The exercise is performed just like a normal squat, but the cambered bar changes your center of gravity and alters the points of stress. You'll probably notice more work being done by your lower back and posterior chain, as well as less stress on your upper back and shoulders.
