Woof. Bodyweight being down, arms exploding, and Kenny Patterson stealing all of the bench mojo made for a stupid day. Not very confident in huge numbers at this push pull this weekend but I'll be weighing in as close to a TRUE 220 as I ever have, so it's whatever. For my next real comp I'll just be pushing food harder htna I ever have before.
