After sustaining multiple low back issues the past year, and coming off a terrible showing at the XPC Bench Bash, I'm now focused on training to improve my body and mind as I prepare for my wedding in June. I hope to be back on the platform towards the end of 2018.

Well this session took place shortly after getting back into town from the Caribbean. We had an amazing honeymoon, and it was really hard to come back to the US after seen so many beautiful and amazing islands and places. But, now that we're back, we're able to focus on the gym, THIRST, and get back to our daily lives (sigh). I'm using this week just as a week to get back into some sort of training scheme. My back is STILL giving me issues, so I still have no timeline on when I can expect to get back to some lower body training that is actually exciting. So in the meantime, I'm hoping that this coming Saturday I can begin a training cycle to get my bench press back up to some decent numbers. I don't think I'm too far off, but at least now I can put some effort and planning in to my training a bit more.
