Bench barx20x4 65lbsx12 85x12 95x12 115x12 Pain free so I decided to test out a few DE sets. I did two sets of three and I felt no pain. I wanted to badly to do a full DE session but I would be pissed if I prolonged this shit with my shoulder so I shut it down.
