It took me about a good hour to decide whether I was going to bench or not, and I'm glad I did. Started off pretty frustrated because my training is out of whack, still, and no goals have been set as far as picking a meet to commit to. It first started off as speed work, but I was so worked up, it ended with heavy singles working up to 15 lb PR.

Bench meet PR: 181. Gym PR: 190

As I was getting to heavier weight, Brandon jumped in to help. He noticed a few things that needed tweaking. I was letting the bar sink and not using any leg drive after the press command. Once I changed that up, 200 went up with ease. I'm not usually an emotional lifter, but a happy dance was definitely deserved.

Attempted 205 and boy was it a grinder. Thanks to everyone screaming to keep pressing, 205lbs is in the books.
