Even though it has been 2 years since surgery , I'm still battling the deficits. I need activation, growth and stabilization. Single leg squats are done weekly.

Training session:

  • Warm up - 5 min bike
  • Front squats 5 sets
  • Single leg squats 4 sets
  • Stiff dead lift 4 sets
  • Leg curls 4 sets
  • Leg extensions 4 sets
10 min stepmill

Ab work: 100 weighted crunches

10min stretch
