This was my first full workout back since I've had some back issues. I squatted with Yessi last weekend and did some really light accessory work after and felt fine the next day. So, I stayed lighter with the deadlifts, but did a full accessories afterwards.
Deadlift: 135x2 225x2 315x2 365x2 405x2 455x2 495x2
Deficit Pulls vs Elitefts average bands 275x2 x8 sets 275x5 x 2 sets
10 sets completed each in 10 minutes. I'm not in very good shape and the last 2 sets of 5 wore me out.
Glute Ham raise 3x10 Farmers walk 3x40 yards (110 lbs per hand) Dumbbell Straight leg deadlift 3x10
I could tell before I even left the gym that I was going to be sore, but it was great to be back and actually get a full workout in.
