I’m currently in meet prep for the 2016 XPC Finals at the Arnold Sports Festival on March 5th, in Columbus, Ohio. I will be competing at 132 pounds, raw with knee wraps.

Wednesday I traveled up to Purdue to attend the clubs semester call out. I decided to show up early and help coach some of the lifters and also get in a little bit of extra leg training. I certainly spent more time coaching than anything else, but the little bit of work that I did was just enough to have my legs feeling it, but feeling good. We went and got some food and then hit up the call out. It looks like it's going to be a busy semester, but a very fun one with all the things going on. The club is continuing to grow each semester, so I'm very excited to see how things go by the end of the year.
