Every December I put my team to the red and green bell challenge, you will find out Dec 1st what this includes but for now you must practice your swing, swing squat and your clean, the red and green bells aren't exactly light, get practicing and if you forget how to swing, I will show you ! Just a hint, the Green Bells are 24 Kg, 26 Kg and the Red is 32 Kg, so yes you must practice !

SWING SQUATS

Practice, practice, practice this move is hard, plus it will kick the cardio crap right out of you and needs co-ordination, lift and squat at the same time and not to be confused with the swing.

CLEANS

You are gonna want to use your hips on this one for the Dec challenge, if you aren't sure you are doing your cleans right send me a video I will help you !

Ok, take 20-30 mins at least 3 times over the next 5 days and get practicing, December 1st the Challenge will start. If you want to join in the fun all you need is a kettlebell or two, you don't want coal in your stocking this year so make sure you get swinging !
