Since I've moved back to Northeast Ohio, I've primarily been training by myself. This one was no exception, which sucked, because I felt great but am really not comfortable not taking a lift off on bench. Plus a spotter wouldn't have hurt either, you know, just in case.

Bench Press bar x 10 135x10 225x5 275x5 315x3 x 2sets 345x1 365x1 385x1 395x1

315x15 - had a couple more in the tank, but really did not want to get stapled in front of everyone.

Accessory work: Seated Military Press 5 sets x 15,12,10, 10, 8 - all with 185 lbs - 1 min rest between sets.
