THURSDAY Treadmill 30 minutes Airdyne 30 minutes 45 minutes of static stretching for back and hips
I did a butt load of stretching the past couple of days. I'm figuring out even though I am not experience hip pain it doesn't mean my hips aren't tight. So now with rolling my back out with the peanut and stretching out my hips, I'm getting deeper and deeper into my back issues.
Wednesday's conditioning was done between 60-70% of my target heart rate and Thursday's was closer to 50%. I just done't want Thursday's conditioning work to interfere with Friday's strength training. Just a little thoughtful programming, not rocket science.
