After sustaining multiple low back issues the past year, and coming off a terrible showing at the XPC Bench Bash, I'm now I can do what's best for my body. I've recently opened up a new training facility, THIRST, so I'm trying to balance life and training the best I can, with hopes that I can compete in some capacity by the end of 2018.

Rather rough leg training session on Friday evening, but it was a good one to get in. Overall, not a bad first week of training to get something moving again. The gym is seeming to go rather well and we're having some good interest which is great. We've just got to be patient about our growth and letting the word spread a bit. We know we're a drastically different type of facility in our area (everyone else is a 24 hour globo set up). Very promising future though. Oh yeah, training was alright I suppose...
